Our Chefs
Chef Jacob's sushi journey began seven years ago in sunny San Diego, California. He describes himself as a passionate enthusiast of Japanese cuisine and a lifelong student of sushi, continuously learning and perfecting his craft. His greatest joy comes from sharing the unique flavors he discovers with others. In 2023, he relocated to Georgia to be closer to his family, and in 2024, he embarked on a new adventure in Johns Creek. Join him at Sushi Momo for an extraordinary sushi experience!
